She also has deep experience on the agency side, having served with with iconic brands such as DDB Needham and Ogilvy & Mather. 

Prior to her taking the helm as Chief Marketing Officer at Citadel Capital, Amanda (as Global Co-head of Brand & Content Strategy) built Goldman Sachs' brand beyond Wall Street and successfully managed its reputation during and after demanding and pivotal brand experiences, including the financial crisis and social media's emergence. 

Amanda has expertise in leading teams; building and enhancing brand equity with the broader public and key stakeholders; creating differentiated brand positioning; corporate advertising; digital transformation, and purpose-led communication.
